    Any customer hardware or software no longer required after an installation or any other work, becomes the property of Eastern PC Support...This helps to keep our hourly rate of $80 at around 2/3 of the typical market rates of around $120 per hour...

    ♦  All completed work is covered by a 7 day return to base warranty...This warranty only applies to any further issues directly related to the original job...Any new hardware or software issues will be changed at the current rate...Not covered by this warranty are any failures of hardware that was not supplied by us and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, any freight and shipping costs, any onsite callout fees, any operating system and software installations required as a result of any subsequent hardware failures, improper storage and handling of any hardware, any fair wear and tear, and any software related problems not covered by an existing warranty...
